We are looking for passionate and professional individuals to join the team at a high-end villa in Colombo 07.
Responsibilities
- In-House Chef:
- Prepare high-quality meals (Local and international cuisine).
- Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure hygiene standards.
- Cater to special dietary requirements and guest preferences.
- Butler:
- Welcome and provide personalized service to guests.
- Uphold professional conduct, maintain discretion, and ensure the smooth operation of the villa.
- Manage maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Maintain inventories of supplies, linens, and other goods.
- Housekeeping - Associate:
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the villa.
- Manage laundry, linen, and villa standards.
- Provide discreet, attentive service to guests.
- Helper:
- Assist chef and housekeeping staff in daily tasks.
- Support villa operations including cleaning.
- Maintain hygiene and orderliness.
Requirements
- In-House Chef:
- Professional culinary qualification or proven experience (Minimum 3 years in hotels, villas, or fine dining).
- Creativity, time management, and strong knowledge of food safety.
- Butler:
- Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Efficient management and coordination of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work independently with integrity.
- Housekeeping - Associate:
- Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping (hotel/villa).
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with integrity.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Helper:
- Prior experience in hospitality will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Hardworking, friendly, and a team player.
