Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
- Support month-end & year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts and payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Full/Part qualified in AAT/CA.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
