Mahaweli Coconut Plantations PLC is seeking dedicated individuals for the positions of Accounts Executive and Accounts Clerk at our Head Office in Negombo. Join our team and contribute to our success in the plantation industry!
Responsibilities
- For Accounts Executive:
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP for data management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- For Accounts Clerk:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements
- Accounts Executive:
- Part qualified in CA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Mercantile Sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Tally ERP System.
- Experience in Plantation Companies is preferred.
- Accounts Clerk:
- A/L qualifications with a minimum of 2 years experience as an Accounts Clerk.
- Computer literate and self-motivated with a high level of commitment.
- Preference given to residents in and around Negombo.
