- Field Visits & Strategic Relationship Management
- Balance Confirmations & Financial Account Accuracy
- Reconciliations & Revenue Collections
- Stock Verification & Operational Process Support
- Receipts & Payment Verification and Control
- Customer Focus & Professional Accountability
Candidate Profile
- A Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CIMA, ACCA, or CA will be an advantage)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with high integrity and accountability
- Male candidates are preferred
