Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, NBT, EPF/ETF, and tax reports in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Assist in the payroll process by verifying and maintaining attendance records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and relevant financial institutions.
  • Ensure all financial documents and records are properly maintained.

Skills and Requirements

  • Part/Full qualification in Accounting or Finance (AAT/CMA/ACCA/CA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or more than 3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age below 40 years preferred.
