Cinec Campus is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Malabe. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our educational mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules for staff and faculty.
- Maintain and update student and staff records.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to students and visitors.
- Support financial management by processing invoices and tracking budgets.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
