Data Management Executive | Product Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain warehouse data systems ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to streamline data flow.
- Generate timely MIS and operational reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality standards.
- Support demand planning, wastage management, and order management, especially during seasonal periods.
Requirements
- Male candidates, aged 25 - 35 years.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Data Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse/operations data handling (FMCG sector preferred).
- ERP System experience with strong MS Excel and database management skills.
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, planning, multitasking, and coordination skills.
- A strong team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
