Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at the airport.
- Assist travelers with inquiries, check-in procedures, and baggage handling.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience for all passengers.
- Collaborate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
