We are seeking a dynamic SLIIT alumnus/alumna to join as Alumni Network Manager, someone passionate about engaging the alumni network, organizing events, and strengthening university community ties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Alumni Relations:
- Strengthen alumni engagement through strategic communication and events.
- Facilitate networking, mentoring, and professional connections among alumni.
- Collaborate with alumni in various sectors to build Corporate Partnerships & Alumni Welfare.
- Maintain a dynamic alumni database for engagement tracking.
- Academic Enrichment:
- Involve alumni in guest lectures, research, and academic events.
- Promote alumni participation in international and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Use alumni feedback to support curriculum enhancement.
- Corporate Partnerships:
- Leverage alumni networks to build industry collaborations.
- Engage alumni leaders in institutional outreach and advisory roles.
- Organize alumni-led forums and industry panels.
Entry Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a master's degree or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- A minimum of eight years of work experience in a relevant field, including at least four years of managerial experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with alumni and stakeholders.
