Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities.
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
