Founded in 2017, Green Code Architects is an innovative architecture and interior design studio based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We focus on progressive, multidisciplinary projects across residential, commercial, and urban design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts from feasibility through to detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare presentations, visualizations, and technical documentation.
- Model and coordinate architectural elements using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and client specifications.
- Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration with structural, MEP, and planning consultants.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit at a high professional level (essential).
- Strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) at a native level.
- A recognized degree in Architecture or equivalent international accreditation.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape, and 3DS Max.
- Strong technical drawing and 3D modeling skills.
- Commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and learning.
- Willingness to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka (for foreign architects).
- Familiarity with UK planning and building control standards is a plus.
