What You'll Do:
- Take full ownership of your region's growth, driving sales and building strong distributor relationships.
- Expand retail coverage and lead a motivated team of Sales Representatives.
- Execute strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure our products reach every corner of your territory.
What You Bring:
- Marketing related qualification, preferably SLIM or CIM.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in FMCG field sales leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (English, Sinhala, and Tamil), and analytical skills.
- Experience with SFA systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to travel extensively.
