Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the North & Eastern regions.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license is required.
