Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of final accounts, bank reconciliation, and other reports required by management.
- Prepare and maintain WHT, VAT related records.
- Overseeing Accounts Receivable & Payables, ensuring timely transactions.
- Explore future spending needs, analyze monetary requests, and prepare cash flow forecasts to assist fund management.
- Inventory verification of main stores and sub-stores.
Qualities & Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Part qualified in CA/ACCA/CIMA or AAT fully qualified.
- Proficiency in IT (added advantage).
- Previous audit experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Below 35 years of age.
