Riococo Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a globally recognized company in the sustainable agriculture and horticulture sector, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax-related activities including VAT, SVAT, PAYE & other related taxes.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Handle payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF/ETF).
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Candidate Profile:
- Part-qualified in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA or a Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
