Assistant Human Resources Manager
Who We're Looking For
- A degree holder in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR roles
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements
- Proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process
- Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
- Develop and implement appropriate incentives/reward systems
- Support employee retention initiatives and foster a positive work culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in compensation and benefits management
- Handle disciplinary procedures, employee grievances, and internal communications
