Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage collision repair operations.
- Handle insurance claims and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Lead and manage the body shop team effectively.
- Maintain high standards of communication with staff and clients.
- Ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality repairs.
- Work under pressure while ensuring smooth workshop operations.
Requirements
- NVQ, IVQ, German Tech, AETTI, or any relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of collision repair techniques.
- Expertise in insurance claim handling processes.
- Strong staff management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
