Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Business Growth: Initiate new business opportunities, foster corporate collaborations, and spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance general business leads recognition.
- Lead Generation & CRM: Develop and execute targeted campaigns, manage student databases, and ensure efficient follow-up through CRM systems.
- Event & Campaign Leadership: Represent CIPM at schools and universities to gain outreach through events, exhibitions, open days, and awareness programs. Deliver persuasive presentations that inspire and convert prospective learners.
- Student Management: Oversee student services, engagement, and retention while ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the academic lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, partner institutions, administrative teams, and regional sales agents.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards while continuously improving student support processes and service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or student services – preferably in the education sector.
- Proven ability to design and deliver persuasive presentations to diverse audiences, including students, parents, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, multi-channel marketing, and event coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a student-centric approach.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies based on market and stakeholder needs.
Benefits
Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
