Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager for the management of a multi-unit shopping complex under condominium governance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, administrative, and operational skills to support the efficient functioning of the complex and ensure compliance with condominium regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management and administration of the shopping complex.
- Coordinate maintenance, security, and facility services in line with condominium standards.
- Liaise with unit owners, tenants, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor financial operations including budgeting, billing, and expenditure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documentation for the Management Committee.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/NDT or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property or facility management (retail/commercial preferred).
- Experience in record keeping/bookkeeping/using accounting packages and financial management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of condominium law and governance procedures or desire to learn will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: Between 35-55.
