Purpose of the Job Role
The Assistant Manager - Examination is responsible for the administration, management, and execution of all examinations of SLIM Education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop examination-related policies and procedures to uphold the examination process.
- Prepare and execute the examination schedule for all educational programs.
- Conduct timely examinations and release examination results on time, maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Release examination certificates and transcripts promptly.
- Timely preparation and release of assignments and examination papers.
- Ensure complete and accurate data related to all examinations is maintained in a structured and organized manner.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or an equivalent qualification.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience with 3 years of hands-on experience in higher education and examination administration.
- Ability to manage a team with a result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work during weekends and long hours when necessary.
