Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing health insurance products and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the management in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding health vertical performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on health initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health insurance or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
