Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
