Job Role
- Designing and implementing business development strategies to exploit growth opportunities in the porcelain industry.
- Developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market segments.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive sales.
- Overseeing the development and execution of sales of prospective customers at the inception.
- Working closely with the product development team to align new products with market demands and integrating innovative technologies and designs.
- Engaging in market surveys, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in marketing is preferred.
- Over 3 years of proven experience in international business development and/or international sales & marketing, preferably in the porcelain, tea export, or homeware industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
