Assistant Manager | Manager - Operations (French Market - Groups)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor tour files for accuracy in services, pricing, and itinerary execution.
- Coordinate with transport providers, hotel partners, and guides to ensure timely service delivery.
- Implement and monitor operational SOPs to maintain service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and negotiate better rates/services.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training to align performance with company goals.
- Prepare and present operations reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound tour operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka's tourism attractions and logistics.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tour management systems (Knowledge in OKLO is an added advantage).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in French is an added advantage.
