Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel pumps.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate timely fuel deliveries.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all equipment.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff (attendants, cleaners).
- Handle staff performance evaluations and shift scheduling.
- Manage fuel and non-fuel inventory and train services.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with service providers or technicians for emergencies or upgrades.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fuel station or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage inventory and perform basic maintenance tasks.
