Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the same position for more than 5 years.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing close to Athurugiriya and suburbs.
