Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality assurance processes for chocolate products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new chocolate products and improve existing formulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Analyze product performance and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor QA and R&D staff, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and product development progress to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance and R&D within the food industry, preferably with chocolate products.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant QA software.
