Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with SLFRSs and LKASs.
  • Compile and submit regulatory reports to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and generate management information.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
  • Support internal teams with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to the requirements of the Inland Revenue Act.
  • Contribute to the development and finalization of the Annual Report.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or any other recognized professional qualification.
  • Over 7 years of experience in finance at a bank or finance company.
  • Excellent planning and execution, relationship management, and good communication skills.
  • Strong adaptability, ability to work under pressure, and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AI, and BI tools.
