Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily service operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding customer care and technical support.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all service jobs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with technical and back-office teams to maintain smooth service flow and minimize delays.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and execute service quality improvement programs to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare and present service performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service management or customer relations in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide service staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage service operations, implement process improvements, and maintain high service standards.
- Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction goals and building long-term client relationships.
