Responsibilities

Operate the branch as a profit center and provide operational leadership.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lease, loans, and pawning targets assigned to the branch.
Submit branch performance reports to Head Office.
Periodically assess market sentiments in the area and provide updates to develop the business.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in the banking/finance sector as an Assistant Manager.
Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior with an unblemished career record.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Sinhala.
Computer literacy.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
