Responsibilities

  • Operate the branch as a profit center and provide operational leadership.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lease, loans, and pawning targets assigned to the branch.
  • Submit branch performance reports to Head Office.
  • Periodically assess market sentiments in the area and provide updates to develop the business.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in the banking/finance sector as an Assistant Manager.
  • Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior with an unblemished career record.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
