We are launching a modern state-of-the-art logistics facility in Katunayake and are looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our team at DGL Freezone (Pvt) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with manpower suppliers to meet daily cadre fulfillment.
- Drive team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Ensure timely system updates for all Value Added Services (VAS) transactions.
- Maintain zero defects in VAS operations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process and clear customers' orders for shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse environment to ensure safety.
- Operate and maintain all warehouse equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL operations or relevant field.
- Detail-oriented with experience in inventory management (for Inventory Controllers).
- Forklift license holder with experience as a Reach Truck Operator.
- Knowledge of ERP in Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
- CHA certification is required for Brokerage Operations.
