Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the vehicle service station.
- Manage a team of technicians and service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain service standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on service performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
