Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate / Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support ERP implementation projects, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and deliver excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP projects.
- Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to resolve project issues.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Support risk management and implement corrective measures when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or ERP software implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
