Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound calls.
- Provide information about our services and products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Willing to work on a roster, 5 days a week (including weekends).
- Excellent communication (bi/trilingual) and interpersonal skills.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L examinations.
- Prior Call Center or Customer Care experience (an added advantage).
- Target-oriented and a strong team player.
- School leaver eager to start a career.
- Below 25 years of age.
