Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure efficiency.
- Manage and train production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Requirements
- Passed the GCE O/L & Supervisory Category certificate course or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
