Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
