ZPMC Lanka Company is a BOI approved company and a joint venture with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Company Limited. We are a leading manufacturer of port equipment and heavy machinery in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of mobile equipment such as forklifts, reach stackers, manlifts, mobile cranes, and electric terminal tractors.
Lead the maintenance team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and estimate spare parts requirements for upcoming maintenance plans.
Manage technical staff and respective workshops.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Diploma or higher qualification from a recognized institution.
Thorough knowledge of auto electrical systems, CAN BUS communication, hydraulic systems, and transmission maintenance.
Previous work experience in a port environment is an added advantage.
