Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D representations using AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketchup.
- Conduct material takeoffs for aluminum and steel fabrication projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and calculations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements
For Autocad Draftsman
- Certificate or Diploma in Drafting (CAD).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to create isometric drawings and analytical 3D models.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in drafting for steel and aluminum fabrication or interior design is an advantage.
For Project Coordinator cum Technical Officer
- Advanced Diploma/Diploma/NCT/NDT/HND or equivalent in Civil or QS field.
- 2-3 years of experience in aluminum/steel fabrication or interior design.
- Hands-on experience in material takeoff.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel for site visits; a valid driving license is preferred.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
