Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and performance reliability of all automobile-related assets.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of transport systems critical to production and logistics.
- Plan, monitor, and control maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment life.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement corrective actions aligned with operational and safety standards.
- Enforce compliance with statutory regulations and company policies related to automobile operations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
- Contribute to cost control initiatives by optimizing maintenance schedules and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong technical expertise and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
