Responsibilities
- Banquet Operations Supervisor: Oversee banquet events, manage staff, ensure high service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and event teams.
- Assistant Sales Manager: Assist in developing sales strategies, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Sales Executives: Identify new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- For Sales positions, a background in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration are a plus.
