Join the Colombo Bartender & Barista School team as a Barista Lecturer at our Galle branch! We are dedicated to providing comprehensive hands-on training on our curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on barista skills.
- Guide students in coffee preparation techniques and equipment usage.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to share knowledge.
- Ability to work well in a team and connect with students.
- Priority will be given to candidates residing in or around the Galle area.
