Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Assist in resolving billing issues
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Handle and ensure the safe management of company finances
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to billing
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced Level (A-Level) qualification or equivalent
- Completion of a computer course (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Male candidates are preferred
