Responsibilities
- Oversee project administration and implementation.
- Coordinate community development initiatives.
- Manage logistics and assets effectively.
- Develop and maintain public relations.
- Lead and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with Red Cross and Red Crescent Fundamental Principles.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Degree in Sociology, Business Management, Economics, Public Administration, Health & Care, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 03 years of post-qualification experience in project administration or implementation.
- OR a Diploma in Sociology, Social Work, Business Management, Economics, Public Administration, Health & Care, or related discipline with 05 years of post-qualification experience.
Competencies Required
- Demonstrated experience in administration, human resources, logistics, and assets management.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills related to community development.
- Well-developed skills in field coordination, project implementation, and community mobilization.
- Strong public relations, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in oral and written Sinhala/Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
General Requirements
- Sound understanding of humanitarian, community, and volunteer-based service interventions.
- Quick learner with the ability to follow SLRCS management guidelines and procedures.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working under challenging circumstances.
