Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure a high standard of service.
- Manage and train salon staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of salon operations and customer service best practices.
- Relevant educational qualifications in management or beauty therapy is a plus.
