The Job
- Manage a healthy portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL ratios and provisions.
- Lead the team and oversee operations and controls of the branch to achieve business objectives.
- Uplift the company image by providing outstanding customer service.
The Person
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in the banking and financial sector, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Possess a degree in sales, marketing, banking & finance, or credit management. A professional qualification would be advantageous.
- Excel in cross-selling, networking, and leadership, with strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
