Brand Manager (FMCG)
Job Description
As a Brand Manager at VB Brothers, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing branding strategies that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing branding strategies aligned with business goals.
- Defining brand positioning, target audience, tone of voice, and brand values.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Conducting market research to understand customer insights and emerging trends.
- Monitoring competitor activity and industry developments.
- Using data to refine and adjust brand strategies as needed.
- Planning, overseeing, and coordinating marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Working with creative, digital, and media teams to develop effective brand messaging.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
- Overseeing promotional materials and product presentation.
- Coordinating with product development, sales, marketing, and PR teams.
- Identifying opportunities for brand innovation and expansion.
- Managing budgets for branding and marketing initiatives.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or other professional course in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in related roles in FMCG.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
