Role Overview
The Business Analyst - COO Office plays a central role in driving operational excellence and strategic execution across Muve. This position acts as a key analytical and coordination link between the COO, Business Analytics team, and cross-functional departments.
You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Muve's end-to-end business operations, analyzing processes, supporting high-impact initiatives, and providing actionable insights that directly influence executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Muve's operations, systems, workflows, and key business drivers to support strategic alignment.
- Work closely with the COO Office and cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, remove barriers, and support business growth initiatives.
- Facilitate structured meetings, maintain clear documentation, action logs, and follow-up trackers to ensure accountability.
- Manage, validate, and analyze data to support reporting, insights, and decision-making, collaborating with the Power BI team on dashboards where required.
- Review business processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the implementation of practical improvements.
- Own and support projects including system enhancements, automation, new product development, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to the Lead Business Analyst and COO, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Power BI.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
