Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for APS & ERP solutions.
- Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads.
- Deliver product presentations & demos with pre-sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Act as first contact for client queries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support go-to-market campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in ERP/APS/software/IT sales (fresh graduates with strong aptitude also considered).
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/APS systems and business processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
