Business Development Manager (Channel Sales)
Company Overview
King Sun Estate, a leading provider of solar inverters and comprehensive solar solutions in Sri Lanka, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to join our dynamic team and lead business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and manage the channel partner network across regions
- Drive sales of solar inverters and enterprise energy solutions through distributors and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Build strong relationships with installers, EPCs, and industry stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets and manage pipelines effectively
- Conduct product presentations, partner trainings, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development / channel sales
- Experience in renewable energy, solar solutions, ESS, or enterprise energy solutions preferred
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
Educational Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
