Job Overview
We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our team. This person will work closely with a dedicated team of baristas and sales staff to ensure the cafe runs smoothly every day and helps grow our business with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to plan and update the menu
- Manage suppliers and place orders on time
- Keep track of inventory and control wastage
- Create and manage barista staff schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams for new menus, promotions, and offers
- Oversee UberEats and delivery platforms
- Work with corporate clients to boost cake and food orders
- Ensure good customer service and smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Experience running or managing a small café or restaurant
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to handle suppliers, stock, and staff
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Experience in building business relationships is an advantage
- Using Email and Google Sheets will be a positive
- Friendly and positive attitude
